This is the piece we are most proud of, no cap. We spent a literal year obsessing over this construction because it represents the ultimate existential crisis—feeling Korean, American, both, and sometimes neither, all in one day. The entire goal was pure, high-end optionality.

We finally unlocked premium territory here. First 50% wool blend. We would’ve gone 100%, but let’s be honest: you’re not trying to pay that price tag (don't lie!). This is also our first blazer with proper shoulder pads, because structure doesn’t have to sacrifice comfort.

But here’s where it gets special: there's a hidden mechanism for the goreum ties on both sides. Keep it standard for that clean, semi-double tailored look. But when you’re feeling super connected to the culture—or just want that snatched waist silhouette—whip the ties out and cinch. However you’re showing up that day, this blazer keeps up.

⛪️ Shipping Return Policy:

Online Returns Only: All items purchased in-store and online must be returned via our RETURN PORTAL! We do not accept physical returns or exchanges at the store.
Email Receipt Required: A valid email receipt is mandatory to initiate any return or exchange.
Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. A $3.50 processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Eligibility: All standard online return/exchange eligibility rules apply.
Rejected Returns: If your item does not pass our condition inspection, it will not be accepted. You may request to have the rejected item shipped back to you at your own expense within 30 days of the rejection notice. Unclaimed items after 30 days will be responsibly discarded.

Once we hand your package to USPS/UPS/FedEx and they scan it in, they are responsible for getting it to you.

Please note that Sundae School will not be liable for any lost/stolen shipments that do not have a shipping protection.

If you purchased package protection with your order and your package is lost, you can file a claim here.

⏰ FTC SHIPPING TIMING (16 CFR § 435)

We legally must ship within the time advertised — or within 30 days if nothing is stated.

If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you + give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

📦 PACKAGE PROTECTION

Your package protection covers shipping mishaps caused by carriers during transit. It is added to all orders by default, but you may remove it on the cart page before checkout. Please note that once it is removed, we're unable to assist with any shipping-related issues.

Your package protection also includes a free return label, meaning the cost of the return shipping is covered if you choose to return or exchange your order. However, it does not cover restocking fees charged by our third-party warehouse, as these are not related to shipping mishaps, nor overrides final-sale eligibility.

🕵️ MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, our delivery obligation is complete under UCC § 2-509 & § 2-510.

If it says “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors/building staff
Contact the carrier to file a claim
We’ll support with any proof they need

We cannot refund, replace, or reship delivered packages.

Lost Before Delivery:

If tracking stalls or there’s no delivery scan, please contact the carrier for a “lost package” investigation.

We’ll help with documentation.

Undeliverable Packages:

Wrong address / refused / unclaimed → you cover re-shipping.

Original shipping isn’t refundable.

💸 DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

First of all, we’re so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition 😭. While we don’t currently offer repair services, we’ll do our best to make this right for you.

Please email us at counselor@sundae.school with clear photos or videos of the issue, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Need an extra button?

Most of our garments include extra buttons inside the item. If your item did not come with extra buttons, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.

Lost the extra buttons or your order was delivered over a month ago? You can still request replacement buttons for a small shipping fee.

💸 PRICE MATCHING

We’ll match a lower price with store credit within 7 days of purchase if:
