Can I retake the quiz?
You can retake the quiz anytime by logging out! Just keep in mind that your team assignment is locked to your account after the first try, so your team won't change.
Is it possible to switch to a different team?
Once you're assigned to a team, your team assignment is set for the game!
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy! Just pick a task from the task list and complete it. Please double-check that you're logged in with your email address before getting started so your progress counts.
I completed a task but didn’t receive any points
If your points aren't showing up in your history, make sure you were logged into your account before starting the task, as completed tasks can only be tracked when you're logged in. If you were logged in and still don't see your points, please reach out to counselor@sundae.school with a quick screenshot of the completed task and we'll be happy to help!
I completed a task but the team score didn’t change at all
To keep things fair for everyone, team scores are calculated by dividing the total points earned by the number of members on the team. If your score increase looks a little different than your individual dashboard, it just means your team has a lot of active players sharing the pool!
Can I get points for the task I completed without logging in?
You'll need to be logged into your account on our website before completing tasks so we know where to send those points and support your team!
What happens to my points after the class war ends?
When you join the Class War, you're automatically enrolled in our loyalty program, which means all the points you earn are yours to keep! You can keep collecting points and unlocking sweet rewards long after the event wraps up. Just a quick heads-up: points expire 6 months after they're earned, and your oldest points are automatically redeemed first. Learn more about our loyalty program here.
My team won last week, but I didn’t receive the weekly bonus
Weekly bonus gifts are available on eligible orders while supplies last! To make sure you receive yours, please check the following:
- Your team won the weekly gift and it's listed in your rewards account.
- Your order subtotal is $250 USD or more.
- You entered the promotional code sent to your email at checkout.
How do I claim my class prize?
The prizes are currently in production. As soon as your item is ready to ship (likely early next year), we'll send a redemption code directly to your email that you can redeem with your next order.
How is the team score calculated?
To keep things fair for everyone, overall team scores are calculated by dividing the total points earned by the total number of members on that team. If your score bump looks smaller than your personal total, it's likely because your team has a large roster!
How do I redeem my points?
Every 400 points you accumulate can be turned into a $10 discount code! You can redeem the $10 discount code just by clicking the $10 coupon under your rewards section on this page.
How do I use my 18% savings code?
After completing the quiz and logging in at the final step, we’ll email your promo code directly to your inbox.
You can apply this code at checkout to save on both full-price and markdown items. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with welcome discounts.
Per our store policy, purchases made using this 18% discount are eligible for store credit refunds only.
How do I earn points for tagging Sundae School on Instagram
If you tagged @sundaeschool on Instagram and were featured in Sundae Best, your reward points will be issued the following Monday.
If your points haven't updated after a week, please verify that your post/account is set to public. If it is public and you still haven't received your points, send us a screenshot at counselor@sundae.school and we'll help you out!
