Store Policy

Shipping:

We now offer free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $200 and international orders above $420 (duties and customs are customers’ responsibility. See below for international shipping.) 

All orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 3-7 business days, excluding major holidays and weekends. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Sundae School is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues. 

During peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, any order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If your item is listed as Pre-order, it is expected to ship within the window noted on the product page separately from the rest of your items, and we will not be able to accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping. If you have a pre-order item in your cart, your order will ship once we receive the pre-order items. 

We do not ship any of our flower goods since it is (still) illegal :( Please visit www.sundae.flowers to view our stockists.

International Shipping:

International orders ship via DHL Worldwide and all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Sundae School is also not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

International shipments are subject to our standard return policy and everything is non-refundable (order, shipping fee, customs fee, taxes, etc.) 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Sundae School will accept exchanges and returns on domestic orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery with the following exceptions:

  • We do not accept any returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, hats, accessories, and sale items
  • We do not accept international returns
  • Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive an unapproved returned sale or discounted item, no refund will be issued.
  • Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when the returned merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as USPS, UPS, Fedex.
  • If the items are being exchanged, Sundae School will offer free shipping on shipping the product back to our warehouse. When the exchange item ships out, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. 

Exchanges are final sale.
