Shipping Policy

 U.S. Shipping 

Due to shipping constraints, you may experience longer than usual order processing time. Dank you for your patience.

Free ground shipping within the U.S. for orders above $200. The standard shipping generally takes 5-10 business days after the order is processed. We offer expedited shipping methods as well. We do not ship any of our flower goods (yet) since it is illegal. Please visit if you’re craving visuals of beautiful flowers. 

Any changes or cancellations can be made to your order up to 4.20 hours after your purchase. Please e-mail for any modifications, this is to reduce confusion with processing and fulfilling orders. Unfortunately, after 4.20 hours we will be unable to make any accommodations. Please double check your shipping address! If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package to a new address for an additional fee of $24.


Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after you've been notified that your package has been shipped. At times, the courier will not scan the package immediately and may take some time to be sorted and scanned at the distribution center.

International Shipping 

Shipping worldwide! We now offer international shipping via DHL. International shipping rates vary by country and the weight of your order. Honor Rollers are expected to pay all Duties + Customs. A big Dank U to all our International Honor Rollers for your continuous support. 

Customs & Duties  

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.  As mentioned in our store policy, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for refunds.

Please note that all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Sundae School is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Sundae School to make the customer aware of their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office (or DHL) to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Your package may be delayed if payments are not made. 

Once again, international shipments are subject to our standard return policy and everything is non-refundable (order, shipping fee, customs fee, taxes, etc.) We are not responsible for additional customs clearance charges. 

Returns and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All merchandise are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits once purchased. Please check all your information including chosen product sizing, shipping address, billing address, etc. that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. We will only accept returns for refund or exchanges for items damaged in transit.

To request a return or an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item at with a photo proof, then return the damaged item back to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available, or issue a refund via store credit. 

Missing or Stolen Packages

Sundae School is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact or control over the package. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues.
